Association Show |
 On May 19–22, 2007 Coach’s Low Country Brands™
proudly participated in the 2007 NRA Show at McCormick Place, in Chicago, IL. The
National Restaurant Association hosts the International Foodservice Marketplace
annually, to showcase products & services, for the restaurant, hotel and motel
industry. Coach’s Low Country Brands™ took
the opportunity to introduce several of our new products lines, including; Seasoning,
Beef Brisket, Boston Butt, Barbeque Sauce, Marinade, Breading and Meatballs. With
approximately 15000 + visitors to our exhibit booth, #5220, Coach’s Low Country
Brands™ generated overwhelming interest, from
both: industry, retailers and the general public.
 Restaurateurs, Retailers, Colleges, Food Service Operators, Caterers, Military Installations,
Hospitals and Hotels were excited by not only the “quality” but the “flavor” of
our fully cooked Beef Brisket and Boston Butt. The retail packs were definitely
a hit! Having the ability to order Coach’s Low Country Brands™
products through their local SYSCO houses was an added benefit, most operators were
not expecting. Being able to provide the product ordering code number for each “featured”
product, made it really easy for operators to contact their SYSCO distributors to
request our new products lines, for their operations.
Coach’s College Bottle program generated overwhelming interest from alumni of participating
colleges and universities, who stopped by our booth. Seeing their alma mater and
mascot on a 23 oz bottle of Coach’s Low Country Seasoning was exciting! Upon hearing
every time a bottle is purchased, with their alma mater on it, their school automatically
receives $2.00 for education and athletic scholarships, was very impressive. Representatives
from colleges and university across the US; who attended the show expressed interest
in participating in Coach’s College Bottle program, at their schools.
