Coach’s Low Country™ Boston Butt is prepared from carefully selected USDA Process Verified Pork– source verified, quality assurance approved and selected for quality pork. Each piece is carefully selected from only SWAP* certified farmers. Superior marbling and careful trimming enhance tenderness and juiciness. Our pit masters generously rub each piece with Coach’s Low Country® Seasoning before the 12 hour slow smoke process to insure delicious flavor in every bite. The result allows each Boston Butt to be lightly crusted and cooked to perfection. We then vacuum-seal and blast freeze each one to insure the highest quality reaches your table. We have captured the “Taste of the Low Country” for a melt-in-your-mouth Boston Butt to please any palate. *The Swine Welfare Assurance Program, or SWAP, is a voluntary, science-based program for America’s pork producers to objectively assess and benchmark the care and welfare of their pigs. The program covers all phases of pig production. SWAP consists of nine Care and Well-Being Principles that are indicators of welfare on the farm. These principles are used to assess on-farm records, facilities, and individual pigs.
