Seasoned Breading Brine Mixture

1. Take 1 quart cold water

2. Stir in 4 tablespoons Coach’s Low Country Boil Seasoning

3. Let set for 10 minutes

4. Place prepared meats (chicken, seafood, pork, beef) in brine mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes

5. Remove item from brine; Roll in Seasoned Breading Mixture and drop directly into deep fryer

6. Cook until fully cooked
