Coach’s Low Country™ Baby Back Ribs are prepared from carefully selected USDA Process Verified Pork– source verified, quality assurance approved and selected for quality pork.
Each rack is carefully selected from only SWAP* certified farmers. Superior marbling and careful trimming enhance tenderness and juiciness. We carefully remove bones 2-4 to create an exact count 10-Bone rack –everytime. This makes serving half racks square, consistent and easy. Every rack has been ‘skinned’ (inner membrane removed) to guarantee tenderness. Our pit masters generously rub each piece with Coach’s Low CountryTM Seasoning before the 12 hour slow smoke process over real hardwood coals to insure delicious flavor in every bite. The result allows each rack of Baby Back Ribs to be lightly crusted and cooked to perfection. Being ‘Dry-rubbed’ means you are in control of any sauce. We then vacuum-seal and blast freeze each one to insure the highest quality reaches your table.
